Whew, they finally let me out of the trunk

It was a long, fun 26 days but I wish they would have let me out of the trunk when we got home. (just kidding!) I had the time of my life even though I did sleep most of the time. I wasn't crazy about that 'jail' part of the mountains, rivers, monuments and great rock shops kept me on my paws. Lots of new people and animals too. Kids just love to kiss me-and they don't even know me. I'm glad you took time to enjoy my road trip and celebrated all the wonderous sights in the great USA with me. Let's not forget about the game. And of course all the alcohol that rode home with me too. Thanks for being such good friends. Come by and see me and if you can't find me, I'm under the house!

2700 Bottles of beer on the wall

Oh yea it's not beer-that's miles to go. Geaux tigers! Better practice plenty before next week's game. Loved Seattle but I'm ready to run the fence
line & see my old friends. Leaving 52• & heading home to 80s?

The BIG DAY - Tiger Bait, Tiger Bait, Tiger Bait

Debi, Paul, Chris & Burton went to Showbox SoDo last night for an LSU Bash. There were hundreds of LSU Fans and of course the Evil Twins doing their routine. I got up this morning know it was Game Day. Everyone has on LSU colors and they'll be going out tailgating at Ranier Vista. Over 15,000 Tiger Fans will converge on the Husky (how come they get a dog mascot?) campus and I know it will never be the same. I'm ready too - see? It rained last night so Paul won't take his eyes off the Weather Channel. It is cool 66 right now (1:30 p.m.) and will be in the mid 50s tonight. I know a little rain won't turn away the Tiger fans. I'm still predicting a win so we won't have 15,000+ fans go home drunk. What a trip that will be. We head out tomorrow and will gradually make our way home. I'll still try to keep you updated going home & I appreciate all my friends checking in to keep up with my adventure. GEAUX TIGERS!!! Luv, Rudy

Chris, Burton, Riley and Loki in Seattle WA

You probably think that I've fallen off the face of the earth but I haven't. I've settled into my new temp. digs and have been having fun with my newly found cousins. They are Riley, a piglet, no just kidding and Loki. They are bull terriers and Riley is white so I tease her about it. She reminds me of Harper Lee because she just won't stop torchering me. Loki is fun! We've played and chased each other in the yard & I've had lots of fun with him. Paul & Debi have had a great time visiting and being with Christina and Burton. They are great people and love dogs (obviously) I get to sleep next to Debi & Paul's bed and get up when Paul says OK Rudy, let's go out. The weather has been plesant here in Seattle. Maybe I'll just stay until the first snow. I've got to go now to get groomed for the trip home. Miss you all!

Seattle, Here We Come!

After leaving Glacier Park, we decided to spend a night about 1/2 way to Seattle. Too much sleeping for one dog in one day. I've had an exciting trip and seen stuff I'll probably not see again in my dog's life. This has been the life. We actual spent the night in a town called Moses Lake but I never saw him myself - just his lake. Along the way we visited Ginkgo Petrified Forest State Park. There were these HUGE things (that weren't real of course) call dinosaurs. The trees there were turned to stone millions of years ago and look like granite. Well, off to Seattle for the BIG EVENT!

Glacier National Park

Apparently Glacier National Park was unbelievable beautiful. But I wouldn't know because I WAS IN DOGGIE JAIL!!!! See the pictures Deb took to show me what I missed.

I've Met Many New Friends

On this trip I've had the opportunity to make many new friends. I'm kinda laid back so it's easy. I just look at them with my big brown eyes which say "pet me". Y'all know I love being petted. Anyway, here's a few pictures for you! Rudy
